I90 Express/HOV Lanes will close permanently. Commute times to/from Eastside prior to East Link operating will increase in excess of 30 minutes.

Narrowed Lanes & Shoulders
Gridlock combined with narrow lanes and reduced shoulder width will affect safety of disabled vehicles, and severely impact emergency response times forever.
Access
Closure of Park and Ride
Limited Park & Ride Capacity. Closed Bellevue Park & Ride will significantly impair accessibility for Eastside commuters to buses. All Eastside communities will suffer loss in mobility.
